Director who can also edit

Hey everyone!

I am looking for a director with their own camera (possibly lighting equipment too) who can also edit their projects! I am creating a YouTube channel that focuses on very short films with high concepts that can be shot easily, I have attached a script sample.

I will most likely need somebody full time if possible, as I'd like to put out at least 2/3 videos a week.
